@ The Rialto Theater

Tacoma WA

Join the community celebration of EYES OF THE TOTEM's 90th Year!

Come see the long-lost feature-length film shot in Tacoma and released in 1927 - in the same theater it was first shown to its producers - surrounded by the same streets and buildings that are the sets of the film - all set to the score composed by John Christopher Bayman.

Also, there will be a special pre-release screening of Mariposa Production's film - A  TOTEM  TALE - A documentary about a city, a lost film, and the dream that brought them together. The making, breaking, loss, and rediscovery of a street melodrama made by the only film production studio in the 1920's Pacific Northwest, and the legacy it has left behind.

One ticket for both films... an action-packed historically-vibrant double-feature, showing at the theater of its birth, 90 years ago. Tickets are now available solely through the Broadway Center ticket office www.broadwaycenter.org
